In recent years, under the careful guidance of Binzhou Textile Industry Association, under the joint efforts of enterprises led by Weiqiao Textile, we have accelerated the transformation and upgrading of the textile industry, showing the new characteristics of large cluster scale, strong technical support, sufficient green quality, and excellent characteristic brands, and the traditional industry has shown new vitality. Especially in the past year, Binzhou's textile industry has achieved leapfrog growth. First, it has stepped forward to "strong" and the cluster scale has reached a new level; The second is to develop towards "new" and realize a new leap in industrial level; Third, the brand effect has made new breakthroughs in the "upward" climb; The fourth is to move forward to "excellence" and show new achievements in association services. First, focus on technology empowerment to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. We should make great efforts in product innovation, continue to optimize the product structure, adhere to market orientation, actively expand the application of raw materials, and research and develop products with high technological content and high added value to meet consumer needs. We will continue to optimize the energy structure and expand the proportion of clean energy, led by the realization of the dual carbon goal. Continue to strengthen green innovation, research and develop green products, introduce energy-saving equipment, and create a short process and efficient production process. Accelerate the construction of green factories, improve the green supply chain, and comprehensively coordinate to promote carbon reduction, pollution reduction, and green growth. Continuously improve the construction of ESG standard system and deeply practice green and sustainable development.

On the basis of consolidating the traditional advantageous markets, it is necessary to make good use of the policy advantages of the Belt and Road RCEP agreement, strengthen cooperation with Southeast Asia, South Asia, Central Asia, Africa and other regions, explore emerging markets, and create a diversified market pattern.
