Yesterday, reporters learned from the Shishi industry and Commerce Bureau, as of the end of June, there were more than 1000 online stores in the region, of which 500 clothing, footwear and accessories companies or personal online stores were registered for the first time to achieve "online shop real name system".
"Real name registration" is a win-win for online stores and consumers.
The head of the Shishi industry and Commerce Bureau said that online store operators could enhance the credibility of online stores and enhance their credibility through the "red shield" signs and electronic certificates issued by the industrial and commercial departments, and consumers could better understand the relevant information of online stores through the "real name system".
The regulations stipulate that online shop should submit information such as name and address to the online trading platform. If the registration requirements are met, registration should be conducted according to law.
In the process of network pactions, online shop operators must issue electronic purchase vouchers or service documents to consumers, and illegal operators will be included in the "blacklist" subject to key supervision.
The law enforcement officers of the Shishi Information Bureau of industry and Commerce Bureau said that in recent years, there have been consumer disputes arising from online shopping and TV shopping. Consumer complaints mainly focus on the quality of goods, the discrepancy between orders and physical objects, imperfect after-sale services, and exaggerating the effectiveness of commodities.
In the first half of this year, the Shishi industry and commerce bureau investigated and dealt with 19 network cases, worth nearly one million yuan.
