The event was organized by AOKANG party and administrative center, jointly organized by the personnel administration department, the personnel department of thousand stone manufacturing, the personnel department of the manufacturing department of North Korea, and the personnel administration department of AOKANG footwear technology research institute.
The team consists of 15 departments, each consisting of 10 boys and 5 girls. The team leader is appointed by the director of the department or the director of the factory.
