(1) blue black

Ink

Also known as iron tannic ink, is composed of black, durable, non fading ingredients, pigment ingredients, stabilizers, corrosion inhibitors, wetting agents and preservatives and so on.

1. black and durable ingredients:

The main components are C4H10O9, C7H6O5 (H2O) and ferrous sulfate (FeSO4), which combine each other to form ferrous tannate and ferrous gallate. After oxidation, they become insoluble high valent iron, namely iron tannate and iron gallate. The former enhances water resistance, and the latter enhances blackening, so that ink is resistant to water and blackening, and the color is durable.

2. pigment composition:

At present, acid ink blue and direct lake blue dye are commonly used. Black water blue is the main color of ink, and water solution does not deteriorate when it meets acid, but it turns brown when it meets alkali.

Direct lake blue can help to improve the color of the ink. Because it contains more impurities, it is not suitable for use.

3. stabilizers:

The purpose of adding stabilizer in ink is to eliminate the precipitation of ink so as to avoid the phenomenon of water breaking when writing.

Commonly used stabilizers are sulphur (HSO4), oxalic acid (COOH) 2 and formaldehyde (HCHO) solution.

These stabilizers all have a certain acidity, which may cause potential harm to paper acidification.

4. resist:

Because the stabilizer added in the ink has strong acidity, in order to prevent corrosion, the corrosion inhibitor is often added so that it can form a thin film with iron and reduce the corrosion of sulfuric acid 90%.

The iron content in the ink will not increase due to etching the pen tip, thus increasing the stability of the ink.

5. wetting agent:

In order to prevent the evaporation of ink from moisture, it causes inconvenience in writing. Adding glycerol (C3H5 (OH) 3) with water absorbency to ink is used to keep the tip of the pen moist and to write.

6. preservatives:

The organic matter contained in ink raw materials is easily decomposed and mouldy under wet conditions, and preservatives are often used to prevent decay, such as phenol or pentachlorophenol sodium.

(two) pure blue ink.

Pure blue ink belongs to organic dye ink. Although its color is bright, its handwriting is not as fast as blue black ink, and its handwriting is easy to fade.

In order to make

Approval and writing of documents kept for a long time

So you can't use pure blue ink.
