UK Retail Sales Of Household Items Fell Year By Year In August

British Retail Federation ( BRC Data show that the same store retail sales in August Annual fall 0.6%, it is mainly affected by the reduction of consumer purchases of household goods and furniture, clothing and other non essential commodities.

However, total retail sales, including new stores, are still up 1.5% annually.
