Li Jincai said that the new advantages of internationalization based on the industrial chain level will be enhanced day by day, and the integration of technology and fashion and the diversification of terminal demand will be more prominent, which will provide new impetus for the development of the industry.

"We should take innovation as the first driving force for the development of the industry, and push forward the structural reform of the supply side. Industry enterprises must adapt to new demands, create new demands and lead new demands, so as to achieve structural adjustment, technological innovation, brand building, green development and industry growth."

In the promotion of the enterprise's own strength, Jiang Hui, President of the China Textiles Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, made four other suggestions.

At present, the textile and garment industry is progressively completing the "inferior quality" through the early structural adjustment and industrial integration.

Many enterprises have increased investment and upgrading of sophisticated equipment, effectively improving product quality and production efficiency.

Some enterprises have actually changed the growth pattern, and have achieved substantial results from the extensive pformation of the past to the intensive growth of quality and efficiency.

A number of leading enterprises in the field of supply chain management, energy saving, emission reduction and layout at home and abroad are emerging.

Two, we must adhere to the road of sustainable development.

Paying attention to environmental protection, energy saving and social responsibility is not only the requirement of national laws and regulations, but also the basic premise for importers to purchase.

Fortunately, at present, the concept of sustainable development has become the active pursuit of more and more Chinese enterprises, and the situation that the cost of environmental protection of enterprises is dispensable and more or less is changing.

The three is to extend the industrial chain, enhance the value chain, pay attention to the differentiation of services and products, and foster new competitive advantages.

Textile and garment enterprises should enhance their position in the product value chain and cultivate new competitive advantages by adjusting product structure, trade mode innovation, enhancing product value-added, providing value-added services, improving product design and R & D capabilities, upgrading supply chain management level, cultivating private brands, developing domestic market, developing cross border e-commerce, and establishing international marketing network.

Four, we should actively develop our own brand.

Apart from continuing to infiltrate international retail and marketing markets in traditional ways such as retail stores and product exhibition centers, enterprises can create and develop their own brands faster in the international market through emerging e-commerce platforms such as cross-border e-commerce, and control the leading brands in the world through mergers and acquisitions, and promote brand building in all directions.

At the summit, the China Textile Import and Export Chamber of Commerce signed a memorandum of understanding with the textile and garment industry association of Pakistan, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Kampuchea, the United States and India to promote bilateral cooperation in textile and garment industry to a new level.

Jiang emphasized that as the largest national intermediary organization in China and even the world's textile and garment import and export industry, the textile chamber of Commerce has actively organized international forums and enterprise matchmaking meetings in recent years. The future textile chamber of Commerce will continue to integrate the advantageous resources of foreign business associations, state and provincial commerce departments, provincial and municipal industrial bases, and global exhibition companies, and organize more industry promotion activities, build high-quality cooperation and exchange platform for member enterprises, and provide more and more effective services and help to member enterprises in developing market, overseas investment, reflecting demand, pformation and upgrading.
