Referring to the detailed rules for the implementation of official documents of the Baoji people's Procuratorate, and combining the practice of official document processing in our hospital, the rules for the implementation of document handling in Fengxiang County People's Procuratorate have been promulgated, which has further standardized the handling of official documents and made the work of official document processing more standardized, institutionalized and scientific, so as to improve the quality of official document handling.

The introduction of the implementation rules provides a system guarantee for the official document processing of the daily organs of the hospital, which further enriches the knowledge of police official document writing and improves the processing capacity of official document writing.

According to the evidence, it avoids the randomness of the text and greatly improves the quality and efficiency of document handling.

Document processing in the hospital

It is divided into seven chapters and forty-seven articles. It focuses on the systematic and comprehensive stipulations of public document processing from six aspects: official documents, layout and printing requirements, rules of arrangement of documents, elements, forms, punctuation marks, units of measurement and figures, official document format, main document format and application, and rules of writing.
