If there is still no oil flow, then we should check whether the oil pump is normal. Is the rubber connection between the oil pump and the aluminum tubing broken or bent? If there is no such problem, then we should unload the lower shaft gear bolts and the retaining ring, draw out the lower shaft, then run the machine, seamless jacquard tights and other products, and have the characteristics of fast production speed, low labor cost, low energy consumption, wide adaptability of products, instant production and so on.

At this time, there should be a large number of oil outflow in the axle sleeve, which indicates that the oil hole of the lower shaft is not aligned with the axle sleeve hole.

The simplest way to judge is to check whether there are friction marks in the oil hole of the lower shaft. The location of scale should be frictional marks on the oil holes. The market share of seamless weaving equipment in China's underwear industry is about 5%.

If the shaft is still free of oil flow after unloading the lower shaft, we should check whether there is any blockage or damage in the oil pump, tubing and shaft sleeve, and pay attention to it.
