At this point, we need to understand the balance between empowerment, management and guidance to ensure that the process of achieving the goal is controlled.

In reality, violent leaders are annoying, but the results of management efficiency are often more comfortable than those without principle leadership.

A well run enterprise should have capable and good people, and should be professionally trained and professionally oriented, but should not be an irreplaceable person.
