Suning Bought The First Batch Of 40 Factories.
A few days ago, Suning spelled out the development of the first half of 2019. According to Zhang Kui, general manager of Suning, the sales volume of customized products has exceeded 2 billion yuan in 6 months. Among them, the small household appliance brand beibeikang and Kang Yi sell over 30 thousand single sales, fast fading brand kleekang daily sales exceed 10 thousand single, Mu Mu bear sales exceed 250 thousand packages.
In the first half of the year, Suning bought and sold products in accordance with the hot spots of consumption and launched a variety of reverse customized products: Royalstar health pot, Nintaus juice cup, FLYCO shaver, pioneer fan, and so on, and its sales situation was much higher than expected.
It is understood that the "blending plant" was upgraded from the original "spelling factory" in May this year. On line, Suning set up a "brand hall" to provide support for the flow of products and provide big data support for product research and development on the line. It helps small and medium-sized enterprises with high quality manufacturing capabilities to establish their own brands, open up the "enterprise consumer" link, reduce the operation cost of enterprises, and serve 150 million buyers.
In 2018, Suning put together a brand plan to promote the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises, while the latter helped agricultural products go up. After the plan was announced, Suning's purchasing team inspects the production and operation of enterprises, and selects enterprises that meet the requirements of "spelling factories". In the first half of this year, there were 40 members of the "spelling factory", with sales exceeding 2 billion, and 50 members in 7-8 months.
From the first half of the year, there are already many "spelling and assembly factories" reaching the scale of sales per day under the help of Suning's sales volume.
It is reported that in the second half of this year, the brand participating in the "fight factory" will be deeply connected to the big data system purchased by Suning. They will get the demand of "preposition" from Suning, reverse customized products that meet the needs of the market and consumers, reduce the cost and risk of research and development, advance the occupation of the market, and develop more "daily sales 10000 single" club members.
Public information shows that as of June 2019, Suning has accumulated 150 million stock buyers, 350 thousand active merchants, 150 million hot commodities, and orders for the half year growth of 2100%.
